Petite Montagne de Reims
Her vineyards stretch from Les Mesneux to the famed Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. Elise has spent recent years converting the estate to organic farming, achieving certification in 2023, and has adopted biodynamic practices since 2021.
Her 2023 release introduced Les Coullemets, a plot in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger rooted in pure chalk soils once owned by her grandmother. The wine reflects the vineyard’s mineral precision and deep family legacy. She also debuted a new series: Hors-Norme Vibration, showcasing two cuvées from her signature plots: Le Mont-Chainqueux and Chétillon de Haut, crafted from the finest 2018 grapes and aged nearly four years on lees. These limited wines, each adorned with hand-painted labels, reflect Elise’s bold, artistic vision and deep connection to her land.
