Dhondt Grellet
Founded in 1986 by Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet after they stopped selling grapes to négociants.

Côte des Blancs
Étienne Calsac launched his domaine in 2010, using vines from his grandparents in Avize and focusing on Chardonnay. He revitalized old varieties like Arbane and Petit Meslier, working across the Côte des Blancs and Côte des Bar to create unique wines.
A self-taught winemaker with a background in global viticulture training, Étienne started with just 3 hectares of vines. His minimal-intervention approach, featuring spontaneous fermentation and oak aging, preserves the terroir’s essence. Today, Domaine Étienne Calsac is renowned for its finely balanced, organic champagnes, blending Chardonnay with rare varieties, and is celebrated as a rising star in the Champagne industry.
