Dhondt Grellet
Founded in 1986 by Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet after they stopped selling grapes to négociants.

Côte des Blancs
In 2016, brothers Florent and Julien took over their family estate in Cramant and began vinifying the grapes that previous generations had sold to larger houses. At just 24 and 28 years old, and with support from their father, they quickly built an independent winery from the ground up.
Their first Champagne, "L’Aventure," was released in 2019, a symbol of their fresh start, driven by precision and minimal intervention. They use spontaneous fermentation, avoid filtration and fining, and apply treatments in the vineyard only when absolutely necessary.
With 90% Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, and Cuis, and 10% Pinot Noir from Cumières, they produce vibrant, elegant Champagnes with clarity and energy. Quantities are still small, but their distinct style and dedication promise a bright future.
