Paul Girard Bonnet

Champagne Girard-Bonnet is a grower-producer based in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, uniting the heritage of two historic families from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. Paul Girard, third-generation winegrower and the bridge between the Girard and Bonnet lineages, revived the family vineyards to create an estate that honors both tradition and terroir.

Farming 12 hectares across Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites, including Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, and Vertus, the domaine practices certified organic and biodynamic viticulture, using herbal teas, green manures, and eco-grazing to foster biodiversity and vine health. In the cellar, vinifications are parcel-specific, fermentations are natural, and aging occurs in a mix of stainless steel, oak, and amphora. No fining or filtration is used.

Girard-Bonnet’s cuvées highlight the purity and nuance of Chardonnay across the Côte des Blancs, offering a precise and expressive portrait of each village’s unique terroir.
