Grande Montagne de Reims
Founded over 200 years ago in Bouzy, Domaine Pierre Paillard is now led by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard, the eighth generation of winegrowers. Our 14-hectare Grand Cru vineyard, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, benefits from chalk-rich soil and southern exposure, producing Pinot Noir of exceptional structure and finesse.
Since 2016, they have focused on organic viticulture and precise vineyard care to ensure high-quality, balanced yields. In 2018, they expanded their portfolio to include grapes from the finest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims: Ambonnay, Verzy, Verzenay, and Ludes.
Their winemaking approach centers on natural fermentation and extended aging on fine lees, with minimal intervention throughout the process. Sulfur is used sparingly, and the wines are clarified naturally without filtration or fining. This careful method crafts Champagnes that express precision, authenticity, and refined elegance.
