Farming 11 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards, Vilmart practices sustainable viticulture with a focus on biodiversity and soil health. Every cluster is hand-harvested and gravity-settled, preserving the purity of the fruit. In the cellar, all vinification occurs in oak barrels or large foudres, a signature of the house, imparting roundness, texture, and depth without compromising freshness.
