Fabian of Champagne Chavost redefines grower, négociant, and co-op roles with his innovative approach.

Coteaux Sud d'Épernay
Established in Fèrebrianges in the heart of the Vallée du Petit Morin, Champagne A. Bergère traces its roots back to 1848. The estate has remained in family hands ever since, with generations of growers and winemakers shaping its identity through passion and deep respect for tradition.
Today, Adrien and Annaëlle Bergère carry the family legacy forward, blending time-honored savoir-faire with a forward-looking vision. They adopt a sustainable, low-intervention approach in both the vineyard and cellar, aiming to reveal the full potential of each plot.
Their 45 hectares of vineyards span the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs, and Sézannais, each vinified separately to preserve the nuances of terroir. The wines are expressive and precise, crafted to capture emotion in every bottle. A true reflection of their origins and the Bergère family’s enduring dedication to Champagne.
