Là, où tout commence marks the beginning of their journey, combining Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a single harvest, aged in both oak barrels and stainless steel. Their blended rosé, shaped by the personality of each vintage, draws inspiration from the distinctive La Fontaine du Noyer parcel. And when the season allows, Domaine de Bichery produces Coteaux Champenois elegantly aged in barrel, showcasing another facet of their terroir-driven philosophy.
