Domaine Nowack
Under Flavien Nowack, the family shifted from conventional winemaking to natural methods.

Vallée de la Marne
The Tarlant family’s winemaking legacy spans over 300 years, dating back to 1687 in the Vallée de la Marne. Their dedication to preserving and enhancing Champagne traditions is evident in their use of all seven permitted Champagne varieties. Their emphasis on zero dosage (no added sugar) and long aging periods allows the true expression of their terroir to shine through in every bottle. Their commitment to innovation and tradition is encapsulated in their rare ungrafted wines, which are among only five in the region.
Currently, Benoit and Melanie Tarlant, representing the 11th generation of the family, manage the estate with a balance of respect for tradition and a drive for progress. Their approach ensures that the legacy of the Tarlant family not only endures but also evolves, contributing to the ongoing excellence of Grower Champagne. Their wines are celebrated for their complexity and depth, reflecting the rich history and unique characteristics of their vineyards.
